The easiest way to get started is to tell all your friends and family. You can do this by sending them emails or posting your link on twitter, facebook or any other social bookmarking website.
2. Make a website or blog
The second way which I recommend is to make a website or blog. You can do this for free like blogger, webs or wordpress. If you want something more professional, then you should hire a freelancer to do this job for you. I am currently doing my website with a freelancer I found on Odesk. He is very good with web design and SEO. I payed him $80 and his currently designing the website plus SEO(Search engine optimization) campaign to get my website in the top results on google for specific keywords. You can contact him he might give you a much better price without the SEO campaign.
3. Advertise
Advertising is the most efficient way to get referrals. You don't have to spend much on this. I recommend that you advertise on facebook, google adwords or adbrite which have the best advertising options.
